This agreement is a contract between the client and the designer. both sides have to follow the rules to make sure everyone's rights are protected. Safety element : The designs we create belong to the client. We do not have the right to sell any of these designs to anyone else. In fact, it is impossible for us to sell any of the designs to anyone as long as the client has paid all the required amounts.

• 50% of the price is paid upfront before the work begins. After the design is finished, a small sample is sent to the client for inspection. then the remaining 50% is kindly requested to be paid by the client, following which the complete design files will be sent to the client.
  

• The client is welcome to request revisions to the design. However, the number of revisions is limited to the amount specified in the price list. If the client requires additional revisions beyond the agreed amount, a fee of $1 will be charged for each extra revision.
  

• The payments will be sent through PayPal. Information regarding the transfers will be provided after the agreement.
  

• The client will only receive the files that are listed in the price list.
  

• If the digital art is finished and provided to the client, the company usually does not offer refunds. This is because the company has already spent time and effort creating the work.
  

• If the client rejects the completed design and requests a new one, the 50% payment made upfront will not be refunded. Instead, the client will be kindly requested to pay an additional 50% for the new design. Any design rejected by the client is considered the property of the designer. who then has the right to utilize, sell, or share it freely, including uploading it online for free.
  

• Any work we design may be featured in our portfolio without mentioning the client or paying an additional fee for confidentiality.
